Bent plate lock kit for retrofitting standard valves having bent (crank) handle. Permits valve operator to be locked in either the open or closed position. Compatible with valves having bent (crank) handles. Not compatible with valves having flat handles. (Many valves can be ordered with flat or bent handles as an option).
