Delivery Information

Products sold by Valves-USA are brand new and shipped directly from the original manufacturer's inventory located in the USA. Unless otherwise noted, all products are shipped within 1-5 business days from receipt of order. Customer orders will be confirmed with lead time and/or shipment tracking information. For back orders or extended lead time, the purchaser will have the option to cancel their order and obtain a full refund of the purchase price.

Product quantities shown on the Valves-USA website represent the approximate number of units available to be shipped within the specified lead time. For any special needs, please Contact Us.

Shipments arranged by customers must occur within 10 days of notification of readiness for dispatch or the goods shall be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture.
