Our policies are designed to insure low prices and quick delivery. Many products are built and tested specifically for the purchaser within 1 week from receipt of order. This keeps inventory costs to a minimum, yet allows for the flexibility to rapidly provide many product options.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. Valves-USA can assist with connecting purchaser to manufacturer for warranty claims. Any returns must be sent directly to the original manufacturer and will be subject to the original manufacturer's terms and conditions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO PURCHASING ERRORS ARE GENERALLY NOT ACCEPTED (*some items may be approved for restocking - fee applies). Please be certain of your product selection before committing to purchase.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED : If an incorrect or defective item is received by the purchaser, Contact Us within 30 days of original shipment, and we will make it right.  Valves-USA will cover the re-shipment charge for any items that are returned due to incorrect original shipment or deemed defective within 30 days of original shipment.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT : If a damaged item is received by the purchaser, it shall be the purchaser's sole responsibility to file any reimbursement claim with the shipping carrier.

RETURNS : An approved RMA is required for any item to be returned. The purchaser shall be responsible for any return shipment charges or fees. Valves-USA will not provide return shipment labels or assist with the payment of any return shipment charges or fees.

TAXES : For destinations where Valves-USA does not collect sales tax, the purchaser of the supplied items shall be solely responsible for paying any applicable sales and/or use taxes directly to their local jurisdiction as may be required. 

ARRANGED SHIPPING : Shipments arranged by customers must occur within 10 days of notification of readiness for dispatch or the goods shall be considered abandoned and subject to forfeiture.

NON-LIABILITY : The purchaser and their agents, assigns, or customers agree that Valves-USA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by the delivery or use of any product obtained from or through Valves-USA or any other means.
